RESIDENTIAL FINANCING

Resource Services is happy to offer the following financing options to qualifying* residential customers through Synchrony Bank.

Activation Fee: Customers will be charged a one-time fee of $29 on their initial purchase.  This is a one-time only fee; it does not apply to future purchases.

Early Payoff:  There are no penalties for early payoff on any option.

Split Tickets: Split tickets between multiple Synchrony Bank credit card programs and/or other lenders are not allowed.

This program is for residential sales only.  Applicants must own the property where the installation and/or services are being provided.

Co-applicants:  A co-applicant should only sign the Credit Application if they wish to be obligated to repay the debt.  It is the customer’s choice whether or not to have a co-applicant.

Only one account per property (household) is permitted within a 60-day period.

Changes to promotional options:  Cardholders may change their promotional option for up to 60 days post-funding through merchant.
