CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATE
To Our Customer and Vendors:
RE: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Here at Resource Services we are doing our part to follow the federal and state guidelines to minimize the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). As of March 23, 2020, we are asking all of our service technicians to shelter in place at home for the next two weeks. There may be some exceptions to that rule for emergency services. If you should need emergency service that cannot be put off or rescheduled until after this situation calms down, we have implemented the following:

First of all, our technicians are to follow the protocols your company has put in place. This will also apply to the protocols of all of our residential customers.

Secondly, we have supplied our technicians with face masks if your protocols require face mask use or if we feel the need to use them. We have also supplied our technicians with rubber gloves, spray bottles of isopropyl alcohol and paper towels for disinfecting their hands and surfaces that may need to be disinfected. In addition social distancing will continue to be practiced as much as possible.

Please continue to call us for your service needs as they happen so that we will be able to schedule your work as conditions change.

Please be assured that if you have critical emergency service needs, we will do our best to handle those needs in a prompt and professional manner.

The safety and health of our employees, customers, vendors, service partners and communities is very important to us and we feel these procedures will help ensure that safety.
