The pricing above represents base pricing and may vary depending on the size of the unit needed for your home and installation requirements.  Something else to take into consideration when making a decision on what kind of furnace to get is the MidAmerican Energy rebates that are currently available.  Qualifying systems will need to pass HVAC SAVE Testing.  Natural gas furnaces with an AFUE of 95% or greater can qualify for rebates up to $900 and an additional rebate of $75 is available for furnace fans with CEE air handling ratios of <0.02.  Please keep in mind that the AFUE rating of a unit will also vary depending on the size of the unit.  Labor warranties vary depending on the HVAC contractor.
